Keyboard layout While both reduced and expanded models are commonly found, the standard configuration (referred to as "25 × 25") is structured as follows:
-The treble section features 25 buttons arranged in two rows, covering three diatonic octaves along with three accidentals. There are also variants with 27 treble buttons that include two additional accidentals, and versions with 29 treble buttons that provide two extra high notes.
-The bass section consists of 25 buttons organized in three rows: two rows containing eight buttons for bass notes and chords, along with one row designated for free-bass
